Professional Experience

I am an operations, HR, and learning experience professional with expertise in digital learning systems, HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational development. With 6+ years of experience across North America, Europe, and APAC, I have managed global LMS implementations, optimized HR workflows, improved intranet platforms, and supported large-scale employee experience programs. My background includes work in talent development, change management, training operations, and cross-functional project management.

I currently work at the Wild Bird Fund, New York City’s only wildlife rehabilitation center, supporting operations, facilities management, and program coordination. I also contribute to educational outreach and volunteer as a NYS DEC–licensed wildlife rehabilitator, assisting with direct wildlife care for migratory and resident bird species, including Rock Doves (pigeons). 

My career combines corporate HR expertise with mission-driven non-profit experience. I’m passionate about building efficient systems, improving employee journeys, leading scalable learning programs, and supporting work that strengthens community and environmental impact.
